You will own Metaview's US marketing events presence end-to-end, from major conferences and product launches to executive dinners, community gatherings, partnerships, and activations. Your mission is to make Metaview unmissable in the rooms that matter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and execute the US marketing events strategy aligned with Metaview's go-to-market priorities
- Own events completely: concept development, planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up
- Create distinctive, memorable experiences that feel authentically Metaview
- Evaluate and decide which conferences, sponsorships, partnerships, and event formats merit investment
- Partner closely with sales to bring the right attendees and convert events into relationships and pipeline
- Manage venues, vendors, partners, budgets, timelines, and logistics to a high standard
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously optimize
Examples of events you might run: an intimate dinner for 20 Heads of Talent in New York, a takeover activation at SF Tech Week, a 1,000-person conference booth experience, or a 100-person customer and prospect launch gathering.

Qualifications:
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or community building
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Strong creative judgment and meticulous attention to detail across the attendee experience
- Commercial mindset and understanding of how events drive brand, relationships, and sales pipeline
- High agency and low ego; comfort moving fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution
