Bland AI, a Series C startup backed by Emergence Capital, Scale Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and PayPal/Twilio founders, is seeking an Events Marketing Lead to own the strategy and execution of enterprise events that drive pipeline and brand awareness. You'll create unforgettable experiences for CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders—from major industry conferences to intimate dinners and original activations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you'll identify high-value conferences, develop booth concepts and activations, build owned events from scratch, manage all logistics and vendor relationships, and personally represent Bland across the country. Key responsibilities include: - Developing original event concepts and activations that resonate with enterprise technology leaders - Owning Bland's conference strategy end-to-end: selection, presence, booth design, meetings, staffing, and follow-up - Creating intimate, high-quality experiences for senior executives at target accounts - Building genuine relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and industry leaders - Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify priority accounts and executives - Managing all details: venues, catering, guest lists, speakers, branding, invitations, and follow-up - Traveling frequently across the U.S. to execute events and represent Bland You should be exceptionally creative with strong taste in design and hospitality, charismatic and comfortable around senior executives, highly organized and resourceful, and genuinely energized by travel and meeting new people. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or hospitality, with experience running B2B/enterprise events, working with C-suite executives, and managing event budgets. Startup experience and strong vendor relationships are valuable. This is a highly creative, social, and execution-oriented role where you'll come up with ideas and make them happen—turning events into meaningful enterprise relationships and measurable pipeline.
