You'll drive project governance, timelines, risk management, and decision-making across multiple workstreams, define event success metrics, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
Additionally, you'll contribute as a workstream lead for Veeam Experience (VX), an incentive event for top performers, and Veeam Quotient (VQ), a leadership summit. You'll continually identify opportunities to improve processes, innovate event formats, and leverage AI to increase efficiency.

You need strong expertise across event strategy, production, logistics, content planning, attendee communications, and experiential design. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and complex cross-functional projects is essential, along with exceptional organizational and project management skills. You must be able to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders, with strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience using AI tools to improve productivity is valued. Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally is required. Strong location preference for Connecticut or Eastern Time zone.
