Figma Weave is hiring an Events Manager to build the real-world presence of its AI-native creative platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for developing event strategy, executing major industry conference presence, and running standalone events end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning event strategy: selecting which events to attend and aligning each to brand awareness or enterprise pipeline goals
- Managing content, branding, speaking sessions, and awareness goals at major industry conferences in partnership with Figma's demand-gen team
- Running Weave's standalone events and executive programs end-to-end, coordinating with field marketing and regional teams
- Building and managing the events budget while being accountable for both awareness and pipeline outcomes
- Working directly with sales to tie event activity to lead generation and pipeline goals
- Managing external agencies and vendors to deliver on briefs without handling physical production
- Representing Weave to VP+ stakeholders at events and executive programs
- Tracking and reporting on event performance metrics from reach and awareness to pipeline contribution
Ideal candidates have experience running enterprise or industry events from strategy through execution, comfort working alongside sales on pipeline-driven motions, experience managing agencies and service providers, and confidence engaging directly with senior stakeholders. Experience in creative tech, design platforms, or AI tools is a plus. This is a full-time role based in Figma's New York hub.
