Salary: USD 115,000 - 180,000 / annual
Kalepa is building AI systems for the insurance industry, automating professional workflows in underwriting, claims, pricing, and operations. You will own the creation and scaling of Kalepa's events program as a newly created role with full end-to-end ownership. This is a strategic position focused on turning events into a measurable, repeatable source of pipeline and revenue. You will design and execute a strategy centered on highly curated, senior-level engagement with target accounts, including private dinners, roundtables, industry conferences, and customer advisory boards.
Events at Kalepa are tightly integrated into the enterprise sales motion. Your success will be measured not just by attendance or pipeline generation, but by your ability to accelerate deals, build trust with senior stakeholders, and create opportunities for deeper engagement across key accounts.
Key responsibilities include: owning Kalepa's global events strategy and calendar aligned to GTM priorities and pipeline goals; designing and executing executive-level events; building repeatable event playbooks that drive consistent pipeline and revenue outcomes; driving measurable business outcomes including pipeline created, influenced, and revenue sourced; partnering closely with Sales on account selection and invite strategy; and owning pre- and post-event workflows to ensure strong engagement and structured follow-up that converts to pipeline and revenue.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director, Sales, Product, and leadership to make events a durable competitive advantage.
