ElevenLabs is seeking an Events Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation through world-class event planning and execution. You'll own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of a portfolio of events—from major industry conferences and exclusive executive gatherings to local meetups—positioning ElevenLabs as a thought leader in AI.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing event strategies tailored to different audience segments, identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, managing full event lifecycles from planning through post-event follow-up, and serving as the primary on-site point of contact during activations. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams to align event goals with business objectives and amplify impact. You'll also track key metrics, analyze ROI, and continuously refine strategies to enhance future success.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of event planning, marketing, or related experience, preferably in tech or AI. You're exceptional at communication and organization, with a proven track record of executing events that drive engagement, build relationships, and generate high-quality leads. You have experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost efficiency. You're analytical, efficient, and motivated by solving complex challenges with a first-principles mindset. You're passionate about audio AI and emerging technologies, take initiative autonomously, and consistently deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
