Solidus Labs is a fintech company specializing in trade surveillance and risk monitoring technology for traditional and digital asset markets. With over 20 years of Wall Street experience, the company serves financial institutions and regulators globally, monitoring over a trillion events daily to detect market manipulation, financial crime, and fraud. Headquartered in New York with offices in Singapore, Tel Aviv, and London, Solidus protects millions of retail and institutional entities.
In this role, you will own Solidus's events program end-to-end, from flagship industry conferences to invite-only executive dinners and roundtables. Your buyers are Chief Compliance Officers, surveillance leads, and regulators—decision-makers who value high-caliber networking experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and managing the events calendar: Define Solidus's presence across crypto, traditional finance, prediction markets, and regulatory circuits. Evaluate third-party sponsorships, negotiate packages, and own budget and ROI for each event.
• Producing Solidus-hosted experiences: Design and execute executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and branded events. Own all logistics including venue selection, run-of-show, speaker coordination, branding, and attendee experience.
• Converting events into pipeline: Partner with Sales and SDRs on target account lists, pre-event outreach, on-site meeting booking, and post-event follow-up. Track event contribution in HubSpot, run post-event debriefs, and use data and feedback to optimize future events.
• Amplifying presence: Secure speaking slots for executives, coordinate co-marketing with industry associations and partners, and integrate social and PR efforts so events extend beyond the room.
You will report to the Director of Growth and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure every event drives meetings, opportunities, and closed deals.
Requirements: Not explicitly stated in the provided description.
