Passport is seeking an Events & Field Marketing Manager to own and execute the company's full event program across in-person and virtual channels. This role manages the complete event lifecycle—from opportunity evaluation and goal-setting through logistics, promotion, on-site execution, follow-up, attribution, and ROI reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
**Event Program Ownership**: Plan and execute all Marketing-led events including trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, customer/prospect events, webinars, and field activations. Serve as the primary Marketing quarterback for major events, coordinating across Sales, BDR, RevOps, Partnerships, and 3PL teams. Maintain the event calendar and evaluate opportunities based on audience fit, strategic importance, pipeline impact, cost, and historical performance.
**ROI & Pipeline Impact**: Define clear goals, target audiences, success metrics, and budgets for every major event. Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event motions to convert event investment into measurable business results. Work closely with Sales and BDR teams on account targeting, prospect lists, meeting-setting campaigns, and attendee goals. Establish lead capture and routing processes, coordinate post-event follow-up, and partner with RevOps on Salesforce campaign tracking and attribution. Own ongoing ROI tracking and performance reporting across attendance, meetings, qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and bookings.
**Events Playbook Development**: Own and implement Passport's Events Playbook across all Marketing-led events. Maintain and continuously improve the playbook to reflect current ownership, systems, timelines, lead-management processes, and best practices. Create scalable templates, checklists, briefs, and workflows for each event stage. Lead cross-functional kickoffs, planning meetings, and post-event debriefs to establish accountability and document learnings.
**Industry Presence Expansion**: Proactively identify and evaluate speaking opportunities for Passport executives and subject matter experts, including conference keynotes, panels, podcasts, and webinars. Prioritize opportunities based on audience alignment, topic relevance, brand visibility, and business impact. Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop compelling topics and supporting materials. Manage speaker submissions, logistics, and event communications.
This role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to balance multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.
