DualEntry is an AI-native ERP platform building the operating system for finance. The company automates accounting workflows from data entry through close, enabling finance teams to move faster, reduce costs, and minimize risk. Founded just 2 years ago, DualEntry has raised over $100M from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, and Google Ventures, and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR startups to publicly traded enterprises.
As Events & Field Marketing Manager, you will own and grow DualEntry's Slack community for CFOs, controllers, and senior finance operators, serving as the primary human face of the company to this audience. You'll plan and execute events end-to-end—including roundtables, panels, webinars, and meetups—managing every aspect from topic selection and speaker recruitment through logistics, promotion, and follow-up. Your role bridges community engagement with business impact: you'll partner closely with marketing, product, growth, and sales teams to ensure that community initiatives and events drive qualified pipeline and inform product decisions, not just vanity metrics.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a high-quality, well-moderated community; extracting actionable insights from community conversations to feed into content strategy, event planning, and product roadmap; and building genuine relationships with senior finance professionals. You'll be expected to operate with high agency, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong work ethic in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in community management, events, or B2B SaaS marketing, with demonstrated success managing Slack or similar community platforms. You're organized, self-directed, and confident communicating with C-suite finance professionals. The marketing team at DualEntry is intentionally unconventional—focused on authentic positioning, creative campaigns, and measurable impact—and you'll be part of building something people study and replicate.
