Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to create data-driven, innovative live experiences. As an Event Producer for Northern Europe, you will join the Fever Originals team based in Madrid, supporting the production of one-of-a-kind events and experiences across the Northern Europe region. You will serve as the primary point of contact on the production side, managing all aspects of event execution and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Technical & Administrative Management: Oversee pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up. Assess technical riders and propose modifications aligned with budgetary targets. Identify ongoing efficiencies for upcoming seasons. Budgeting: Build and maintain production budgets throughout feasibility, sign-off, and operational stages. Monitor local operational spends and identify optimization opportunities. Manage invoices and close event P&Ls. Partner Management: Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers. Develop long-term deals with national scope to facilitate geographical expansion. You will manage third parties involved in creative deliverables, research and implement new production formats and technologies, and support live launches with on-site production across the expanding portfolio. The role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. Travel to support live events is expected. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in event production industry - Fluent English and preferably one Nordic language (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner - Strong network of vendors and venues - Understanding of technical production requirements - Familiarity with permitting processes - Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships - Ability to work in ambiguous environments with exceptional attention to detail - Passion for the entertainment/events industry - Quick learner with appetite for acquiring new skills
