Boulevard is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses (salons, spas, medspa, barbershops). As Event Marketing Manager, you'll be the operational and creative engine behind Boulevard's in-person marketing presence, owning a slate of events end-to-end as a marketing channel.
You'll manage large trade shows and conferences alongside smaller field marketing activations like happy hours, dinners, and experiential experiences. Responsibilities include sourcing vendors, managing logistics and budgets, shaping event experiences, running pre- and post-event campaigns to drive attendance and engagement, and measuring ROI to tie results back to business impact.
Key duties: independently manage day-to-day planning and logistics for assigned events from sourcing through on-site execution; run on-site execution including booth setup/breakdown, staffing, registration, and real-time troubleshooting; ideate and produce at-event activations and booth experiences that drive engagement and differentiate Boulevard; own full-funnel marketing campaigns (invites, email, social, follow-up) supporting lead capture and sales workflows; provide input on event prioritization based on market insights and performance data; build detailed project timelines in Asana and manage internal communications; manage budgets, contracts, invoices, and inventory of event assets; track and report event performance including leads, pipeline, and ROI; build relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners; travel approximately 20-30% of the time including some weekends.
You'll thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics—equally energized by designing standout booth experiences and analyzing data to prove impact. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong ownership, sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
