Your responsibilities span strategy, operations, and execution across the event portfolio. Key responsibilities include: **Event Strategy & Execution**: Lead planning and delivery of online event series (programming, speaker coordination, promotion, production, reporting). Manage the industry event roadmap including sponsorship strategy, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Own event timelines, budgets, and production details to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Identify process improvements and attendee experience enhancements. **Marketing & Promotion**: Partner with the broader Marketing team to develop event promotion across email, social, and other channels. Manage attendee communications and engagement strategies to drive registration and participation. Ensure event messaging aligns with Altruist's brand, product priorities, and marketing strategy. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Content teams to ensure events support strategic priorities and business goals. Partner with Product and Sales to understand key audiences, product initiatives, and pipeline opportunities. Coordinate with executives, speakers, subject matter experts, agency partners, and vendors. Serve as a trusted event partner managing competing priorities and stakeholder alignment. **Reporting & Optimization**: Track and analyze key metrics (registrations, attendance, engagement, lead outcomes, pipeline influence, feedback). Develop post-event reports summarizing performance, learnings, and recommendations. Use data and feedback to continuously improve event strategy and execution. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the San Francisco or Culver City office. The ideal candidate is an experienced event marketer comfortable with both detailed execution and strategic contribution, who understands events as a powerful relationship-building and business-growth tool.
