Clarasight is building AI-powered mission control software for corporate travel, trusted by Fortune 500 companies representing over $5 trillion in market value. The company helps enterprises reduce travel risks, optimize costs, protect revenues, and manage emissions aligned with sustainability goals. As Event Marketing Lead, you will own Clarasight's field marketing events end-to-end, from strategic planning through post-event ROI analysis. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a portfolio of events—dinners, roundtables, industry conferences, and customer summits—that directly support pipeline development and brand positioning. Key responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating venue and vendor contracts (catering, AV, production) to secure favorable terms while managing risk; managing full event logistics including registration, travel coordination, run-of-show, on-site staffing, and day-of execution; building and owning event budgets with rigorous ROI tracking and reporting to Sales and Marketing leadership; representing Clarasight at industry conferences and trade shows; partnering with Sales on account-based field events tied directly to pipeline and revenue goals; and managing the field event calendar across regions with prioritization based on pipeline stage and account tier. You'll travel approximately 30–40% to support on-site events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of event management experience in B2B SaaS or similarly fast-moving environments, with a proven track record of negotiating vendor and venue contracts directly, running event logistics independently from planning through execution, and managing budgets with demonstrated ROI. Experience running account-based field events, familiarity with event management platforms (Splash, Bizzabo, Cvent), background in enterprise software or fintech, and comfort working alongside AI systems are valued.
