Cloudsmith is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-impact industry conferences, community events, partner activations, speaking engagements, and executive experiences across the US and select European programs. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Senior Manager, Events, where you'll own the full event lifecycle from initial planning through post-event analysis. Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics (budgets, vendors, contracts, timelines), developing event communications (registration pages, invitations, social promotion, attendee follow-up), and managing branded materials (signage, booth assets, presentations). You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, ABM, Campaigns, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and PR teams to align events with target accounts and business goals. You'll research venues and sponsorship opportunities, track event performance, compile post-event reports, and travel regularly (up to 25%) to support onsite execution. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of event coordination, event marketing, tradeshow support, or field marketing experience. You should demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset. Proficiency with tools like Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion is expected, or the ability to learn quickly. You'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced remote-first environment, working across time zones and organizational levels. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or developer tools companies; supporting programs for technical audiences (developers, platform engineers, DevOps teams); familiarity with event performance reporting and marketing attribution; and experience coordinating international events or working with distributed global teams. Cloudsmith is the world's most powerful artifact management platform, enabling software organizations to control and secure their software supply chains. The company supports over 30 formats and serves enterprise customers who rely on Cloudsmith as critical infrastructure. This role offers meaningful ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities and shape the company's global events program as it scales.
