Profound is a rapidly growing AI marketing platform used by 15% of the Fortune 500 (including Comcast, Estée Lauder, Walmart) and innovative companies like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. The platform consolidates marketing work—research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting—in one place, powered by AI agents that automate tasks like reporting, content drafting, page audits, and competitive research. As Event Marketer, you will be the operational engine behind Profound's European presence at tradeshows and flagship events. This is a hands-on, sales-aligned role where you own end-to-end event execution and drive pipeline generation. Key Responsibilities: - Own logistics and execution of tradeshows and Tier 1 events across Europe: sponsorship contracts, booth build, shipping, staffing, on-site delivery - Support planning and delivery of flagship events: manage agencies, source venues, oversee run of show, coordinate speakers, manage registration and guest experience - Partner closely with Sales, GTMAs, and Field Marketing to align on target accounts, meeting goals, and post-event follow-up - Be on the floor during events: book meetings, greet prospects, manage check-in, and provide hands-on support - Manage vendors, venues, agencies, and local suppliers: handle quotes, contracts, invoices, and timelines while maintaining speed and quality - Track event budgets and report on meetings held, pipeline influenced, cost per lead, and lessons learned - Set up lead capture systems and collaborate with Marketing Ops on post-event follow-up and CRM hygiene - Extend event moments into LinkedIn, thought leadership content, and post-event narratives with content and social teams - Adapt materials and communications for local audiences in local languages; flag regional requirements (data privacy, venue regulations) early - Maintain the European events calendar and tracker so stakeholders know what's happening, who owns it, and what's next Requirements: - 2–4 years of event or field marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology, with hands-on tradeshow experience - Fluent in English; strongly preferred: at least one additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch) - Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure, live-event environments - Comfortable working closely with Account Executives and GTMAs to influence participation and maximize event ROI - Data-minded, focused on pipeline influence and measurable impact - Comfortable with regular travel, including some evenings and weekends around events - Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), lead capture tools, and event management software - Nice-to-have: experience with large flagship or user conference events, existing relationships with European venues or agencies, or early-stage company background
