Salary: CAD 98,300 - 133,100 / annual

Jobber is a SaaS platform helping small home service businesses (plumbers, painters, landscapers) manage quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. You will join the Marketing team as Event Manager, owning Jobber's high-volume, revenue-driven event portfolio. This is a highly operational role focused on events that drive pipeline generation, strengthen partner relationships, and enable sales effectiveness. Key responsibilities: - Plan and execute end-to-end high-volume events including tradeshows, brand partnership events, and partnership-led programs - Manage multiple concurrent events with varying scopes, audiences, and stakeholders - Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution plans - Own vendor management, booth builds, sponsorship deliverables, venues, logistics, and staffing - Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Demand Generation teams to align events to revenue goals - Translate sales objectives into event strategies and execution plans - Track performance metrics including leads, conversions, partner impact, and post-event outcomes - Apply learnings across events to continuously improve efficiency and results - Serve as central point of coordination across Events, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Gen, Brand, Creative, and external partners - Contribute to process improvements, tooling, and documentation that support scale Required qualifications: - Proven experience managing high-volume event portfolios, particularly tradeshows and sales-led events - Strong operational and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously - Experience partnering closely with Sales and Partnerships teams - Results-driven mindset with comfort tying events to revenue and business outcomes - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills - Willingness and ability to travel regularly, primarily within the United States Desirable experience: - SaaS or high-growth tech environments - CRM systems, lead capture tools, and event technology platforms - CMP certification or equivalent The role is based in one of Jobber's hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo, with regular US travel required.
