edisyl is deploying AI solutions into large enterprise accounts through a strategic partner network. This role is Enterprise Solutions Strategist, working directly with the CEO to build relationships and close enterprise deals within the partner network's account base.
You'll own the commercialization motion for a new AI offering inside a large partner organization. Unlike traditional sales, the hard work isn't cold outreach—it's navigating complex partner organizations, building trust with account owners, earning the right to be in the room, and moving deals forward. You're the first person hired to commercialize this offering, and you have to prove value before partners consistently bring you in.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining relationships with internal account partners and learning their priorities; finding creative entry points when obvious paths are blocked; running discovery with client stakeholders and translating insights into commercial narratives that resonate with technical and business decision-makers; owning deal mechanics including proposal drafting, SOW structuring, procurement sequencing, and contract navigation; tracking wins and building the data case for impact; enabling internal partners to carry the motion for smaller opportunities; and documenting what works so enterprise sales becomes repeatable.
Success in year one means closing 5–15 deals with named champions you cultivated, documenting a playbook others can follow, and building internal partner relationships based on genuine value rather than mandate.
Required background: 4–8 years in enterprise sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management at a data or AI company; experience closing six-figure-plus deals with MSAs, SOWs, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder approval chains; track record selling into or through large enterprise accounts where relationship protection mattered as much as closing. You need channel sales experience inside complex organizations, technical fluency (not depth), high emotional intelligence, deal instinct, written clarity, and organized execution.
Bonus experience includes background at Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar forward-deployed/consultative sales models; management consulting with a pivot into enterprise tech; or direct experience working with a CEO or founder in a small-company environment.
Compensation includes competitive base salary, meaningful early-stage equity, and variable compensation tied directly to deals closed.
