As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will be a core member of a driven team scaling ElevenLabs' voice AI platform to enterprise customers. You'll work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, directly enabling customer success and driving product improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating strategically with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process
- Working directly with customer technical contacts to architect bespoke solutions
- Creating compelling technical demonstrations that communicate product value
- Building technical enablement resources and documentation to empower sales teams and customers
- Developing self-service tools that enable independent customer implementation
- Identifying integration patterns that can be productized and partnering with product teams to scale them
You should be passionate about AI and ElevenLabs' products, with strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams. You'll need a solid technical background with proficiency in Python, deep understanding of software development and architecture, and experience with integration patterns. Customer-facing experience is valued (including student projects or side work), along with excellent communication skills to adapt messaging across different audiences.
