As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical bridge between ElevenLabs' voice AI platform and enterprise customers. Working within a driven team, your mission is to efficiently scale technical solutions across a growing customer base while supporting sales teams and improving internal processes. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process - Working directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions - Creating compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the platform's value proposition - Developing technical enablement resources that amplify sales team effectiveness and technical fluency - Building self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently - Identifying opportunities to productize common integration patterns and working with product teams to realize them You should be passionate about AI and ElevenLabs' products, with a strong technical background enabling you to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and their existing systems. Proficiency in Python with deep understanding of software development, architecture, and common integration patterns is essential. You'll need excellent communication skills to adapt messaging for different audiences, strong empathy for customers and internal teams, and the ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled. Customer-facing experience is valued, whether from professional roles, student clubs, or side projects.
