As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you'll be part of a driven team scaling ElevenLabs' voice AI platform to enterprise customers. You'll work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering—collaborating with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process, working directly with customer technical contacts to architect bespoke solutions, and creating compelling technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic collaboration with Account Executives on technical aspects of sales
- Direct engagement with customer technical teams to design and support integrations
- Building technical demonstrations that showcase platform capabilities
- Creating technical enablement resources and documentation for sales teams
- Developing self-service tools that enable customer implementation
- Identifying integration patterns that can be productized and partnering with product teams
You'll thrive in this role if you have a strong technical background (particularly Python proficiency and deep software development knowledge), genuine passion for AI and ElevenLabs' products, and talent for identifying patterns that scale. Customer empathy is essential—you should enjoy working directly with customers on technical problems and iterating on solutions. Experience working with customers (including student projects or side work) is valued. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences are critical.
