As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you'll be part of a driven team scaling technical solutions across a growing enterprise customer base. You'll work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering to unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Working directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Creating compelling technical demonstrations that communicate product value
- Building technical enablement resources that amplify sales team effectiveness
- Developing self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation
- Identifying opportunities to productize common integration patterns and working with product teams
You should have a strong technical background with proficiency in Python, deep understanding of software development and architecture, and experience with common integration patterns. Customer-facing experience is valued, whether from professional roles, student clubs, or side projects. You'll need excellent communication skills to adapt messaging for different audiences, strong empathy for customers and internal teams, and the ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
