As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will be a critical bridge between sales and customers, driving enterprise growth by partnering with the sales team to help organizations adopt an API-first development culture. You will conduct discovery calls, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-value workshops with prospective enterprise customers. Your responsibilities include handling technical questions and objections, creating proof-of-concept integrations and workflows, and maintaining customer sandbox environments. You'll act as a technical intermediary between sales and internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Key responsibilities: drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects and supporting strategic accounts; conduct discovery, qualification, and technical demos; address Postman technical questions with solutions and workarounds; understand customer workflows and guide adoption of API-first best practices; share customer feedback with product and engineering teams; stay current with competitive landscape and API market trends; create POC integrations and tooling; maintain sandbox environments; serve as technical liaison between sales and other teams. You bring 8+ years of enterprise sales or solutions engineering experience, 4+ years of software development background, and 4+ years working with APIs and data platforms. You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience). You're comfortable with JavaScript, are an expert Postman user, and understand modern development methodologies, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle. You're experienced with enterprise SaaS sales processes, security concerns, and sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Sale. You can engage developers, QA, product leaders, and executive audiences. You're willing to travel up to 50% and work remotely in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
