Infisical is an open-source security infrastructure platform for secrets management, certificates, and privileged access management. The company has raised $19M from Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, with customers including Hugging Face, OpenRouter, LG, and NVIDIA.
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you'll be a customer-facing technical leader responsible for driving adoption and success of Infisical across enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from initial proof-of-concept through long-term expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running proof-of-concepts with leads and guiding customers through onboarding
- Recommending best practices for specific architectures and use cases
- Ensuring new customers are activated, satisfied, and have their questions answered
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders
- Co-leading demo and discovery calls with account executives
- Conducting daily customer conversations to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Providing feedback to inform product roadmap and UX/DX strategy
- Hosting webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders
- Improving documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback
You'll be instrumental in scaling Infisical to thousands of customers over the next 18 months, directly influencing product direction and helping build out customer success and go-to-market functions.
Required qualifications: prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps (open-source contributions a plus); strong written and verbal communication skills; high energy and ownership mindset; ability to operate in ambiguity; based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
Bonus qualifications: familiarity with secrets management or developer security platforms; understanding of developer workflows and DevSecOps infrastructure; startup or fast-scaling environment experience; involvement in developer communities or public speaking; prior customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, DevRel); experience supporting enterprise accounts.
