As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer for the ANZ region, you'll be a key technical bridge between ElevenLabs' voice AI platform and enterprise customers. Your primary mission is to efficiently scale technical solutions across a growing customer base while supporting the sales team and improving internal processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of sales cycles
- Working directly with technical contacts at prospective and existing customers to architect bespoke solutions
- Creating compelling technical demonstrations that communicate product value
- Building technical enablement resources and documentation to empower sales teams and customers
- Developing self-service tools that enable independent customer implementation
- Identifying integration patterns that can be productized and working with product teams to scale them
You'll thrive in this role if you have a strong technical background (particularly Python proficiency with deep software development and architecture knowledge), genuine passion for AI and ElevenLabs' products, and experience working directly with customers on technical problems. You should excel at identifying patterns for standardization and scaling, demonstrate strong empathy for customers and internal teams, and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
The role is based in Sydney with an expectation of 3+ days in-office weekly. Candidates based in Melbourne who can travel frequently to meet customers and collaborate with the Sydney team will also be considered.
