Figma is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to lead technical sales efforts in India and drive enterprise adoption of the Figma platform. This is a founding role for the India office, responsible for positioning Figma's design and collaboration tools to large, sophisticated enterprise customers.
You will serve as both a technical and customer-facing resource, owning the full enterprise sales cycle. Key responsibilities include delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-suite and technical audiences; conducting deep technical discussions with engineering and product teams on platform capabilities and digital product delivery acceleration; identifying market trends to inform product strategy; managing customer IT and security relationships through RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires; and strengthening Figma's enterprise security reputation by addressing customer concerns and collaborating with product and legal teams.
You will design and scale technical sales processes, facilitate cross-functional conversations between customers, sales, and product teams, and create content that resonates with both customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires operating with autonomy, continuous learning, and ownership of the India market opportunity.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in sales engineering or solution consulting at a SaaS company. You should demonstrate strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills across diverse audiences, familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems, and experience in both presales positioning and post-sales implementation. Front-end development experience and familiarity with Enterprise DevOps tools are valued.
Preferred experience includes hands-on use of Figma or other UX/UI design tools, experience with AI-powered design-to-code workflows, and comfort thriving in a fast-evolving, growth-oriented environment.
