As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, you will serve as an implementation architect for Addepar's most significant client onboarding projects. You will lead the design and oversight of new client implementations, ensuring solutions are tailored to their unique and complex requirements. You will also ensure that solutions are compatible with other products and services within the Addepar ecosystem as the platform continues to expand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new clients to the Addepar platform, leading solution design and implementation project execution
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Managing multiple simultaneous projects with effective prioritization and context-switching
- Identifying and driving opportunities to improve current processes and standard methodologies
- Engaging with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner
The ideal candidate has relevant experience in the financial domain, consulting, and technology. You should display strong self-reliance, leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate across teams. You must deeply understand Addepar's target markets and the clients served, with a passion for understanding client needs, taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and taking ownership of client success.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting
- Solution-oriented approach with passion for problem-solving
- Proven ability to research, design, and implement solutions for complex problems
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and high-contributing team member
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience programming in Python and/or project management experience is a plus
