Nash is last-mile delivery infrastructure serving the world's largest retailers and commerce companies. Founded in 2021 and backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, Nash provides the platform that orchestrates, optimizes, and manages delivery operations at scale across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
This Enterprise Solutions Consultant role is based in ANZ and owns a small number of large, multi-year enterprise customer relationships end-to-end. You will manage 2-3 accounts through the full lifecycle: technical discovery and design during sales cycles, implementation from signature through go-live, and ongoing account management including adoption tracking, performance optimization, and renewal management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead technical discovery with customer engineering and operations teams, define integration approaches, configure pilots, and resolve architectural questions before contract
- Own implementations end-to-end: requirements gathering, configuration, integration, cutover, training, go-live, and stabilization
- Coordinate between customer stakeholders and Nash's central engineering teams, remaining accountable for delivery performance
- Build durable relationships across accounts from store operators to C-suite executives
- Run business reviews, success plans, and escalation paths; track adoption and delivery performance metrics
- Identify product gaps and opportunities, translating account knowledge into prioritized roadmap requests
- Represent customer needs internally and drive continuous improvement in how ANZ runs accounts
Success metrics include full account ownership within 6 months with operating rhythms established, at least one launch completed, measurable adoption and performance gains, and renewals/expansions delivered in partnership with sales.
You bring 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics. You've managed large, complex customer relationships with commercial outcomes (renewals, expansions, major implementations). You're technically capable: comfortable leading discovery with engineering teams, defining integration approaches, writing basic SQL, and troubleshooting configuration issues. You understand delivery operations deeply—completion rates, cost per order, ETA accuracy—and can explain these to executives. You communicate clearly across technical and executive audiences, handle ambiguity well, and thrive in a lean startup environment with significant autonomy.
