As a Security Sales Specialist at Datadog, you'll partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive adoption of Datadog's Security platform across key accounts. This high-impact role focuses on positioning security solutions—including Cloud SIEM, Cloud Workload Security, CSPM, and related offerings—into new and existing customers, expanding Datadog's footprint and helping organizations modernize their security stack in the cloud. You'll act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Datadog Security products across a targeted account portfolio. Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with Enterprise AEs to support net new logo acquisition and expansion in strategic accounts, owning and driving the security sales cycle from discovery through technical close while working with Sales Engineers, and evangelizing Datadog's security story to security leaders including CISOs, Security Architects, and SecOps teams. You'll work cross-functionally with Datadog's partner, channel, and alliance teams to drive joint go-to-market motions, co-sell effectively with AEs and partners by contributing to deal strategy and solution alignment, and stay informed on security trends and competitive offerings to differentiate Datadog in the market. Ideal candidates have proven success selling into security buyers (CISO, SecOps, GRC), experience co-selling in matrixed environments supporting or partnering with AEs and cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of the partner/channel sales model. Familiarity with modern security solutions such as SIEM, CSPM, CWPP, and container/Kubernetes security is important, as is the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customer technical teams. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace to ensure employees can create work-life harmony that fits them. The company values people from all walks of life and encourages applications from those passionate about technology even if they don't meet every qualification on day one.
