Salary: USD 113,000 - 150,000 / annual
Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Security Sales Specialist to drive adoption of its Security platform across key enterprise accounts. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to position Datadog's Security solutions—including Cloud SIEM, Cloud Workload Security, CSPM, and container/Kubernetes security—into new and existing customers, helping them modernize their security stack in the cloud.
In this role, you'll act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Datadog Security products across a targeted account patch, collaborating closely with Enterprise AEs to support net new logo acquisition and expansion in strategic accounts. You will own and drive the security sales cycle from discovery to technical close, working closely with Sales Engineers and evangelizing Datadog's security story to security leaders including CISOs, Security Architects, and SecOps teams.
You'll work cross-functionally with Datadog's partner, channel, and alliance teams to drive joint go-to-market motions, co-selling effectively with AEs and partners to contribute to deal strategy, solution alignment, and stakeholder engagement. You'll stay informed on security trends and competitive offerings to differentiate Datadog in the market.
Required qualifications include proven success selling into security buyers (CISO, SecOps, GRC); experience co-selling in a matrixed environment supporting or partnering with AEs and cross-functional teams; strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and joint selling motions; familiarity with modern security solutions such as SIEM, CSPM, CWPP, and container/Kubernetes security; and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customer technical teams.
