As Enterprise Sales Manager, Integrations, you will lead the Technical Implementation Specialist team responsible for delivering integrations to Zocdoc's largest and most complex enterprise customers. Integrations are core to customer value—they connect Zocdoc to the systems customers use daily, enabling accurate availability visibility and care booking.
Your responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, developing, and retaining top technical talent
- Owning the technical implementation experience from discovery through launch for enterprise customers
- Coaching your team to build trust quickly, navigate complex customer environments, communicate technical requirements clearly, and maintain implementation momentum
- Creating a culture of accountability, urgency, and ownership focused on implementation speed, quality, customer adoption, and provider growth
- Identifying integration risks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps early and taking action
- Supporting high-stakes client and internal escalations while maintaining trust and accountability
- Using data to inform prioritization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement
- Partnering across sales, product, engineering, and integration teams to align on shared goals
You are ambitious and motivated by impact, passionate about people development, technically curious, resilient, and relationship-driven. You have 3+ years leading teams in technical implementation, enterprise integrations, customer success, or related functions. You can bridge technical, commercial, and customer needs, ideally with healthcare technology or enterprise software experience. Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows is preferred.
