k-ID is the global leader in privacy-first compliance and age verification infrastructure, recognized as one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2025 and a World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer. The company is building the Age Layer for the internet—foundational infrastructure that allows digital platforms to verify age and manage compliance globally without friction. The core platform, anchored by the Compliance Development Kit (CDK) and AgeKit, serves some of the world's largest game publishers and digital ecosystems, replacing fragmented manual compliance with a unified API handling age verification, parental consent, and regulatory logic across 200+ markets. This Enterprise Sales Manager role leads revenue growth in the Greater China region, focused exclusively on acquiring new enterprise customers among gaming companies, digital platforms, marketplaces, and technology organizations facing increasing regulatory pressure around youth safety, privacy, and age assurance. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle from territory planning and prospecting through stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and contract execution. Customer expansion and renewals are managed by the Customer Success team post-close. Key responsibilities include identifying and closing new enterprise customers across Greater China; building and managing qualified pipelines through targeted outreach and account-based selling; engaging senior stakeholders across product, legal, compliance, trust and safety, security, and engineering; leading complex sales cycles from initial outreach through negotiation; delivering compelling executive-level presentations; consistently achieving quarterly and annual new logo revenue targets; and navigating procurement, legal review, security assessments, and data protection diligence processes. You will also identify high-impact verticals and priority accounts within gaming, social media, marketplaces, fintech, and app ecosystems; track regulatory developments including local privacy legislation and youth online safety mandates; provide structured market feedback to product and leadership teams; and position k-ID as foundational compliance infrastructure. Sales process excellence includes maintaining accurate CRM records in HubSpot, managing pipeline forecasting and revenue projections, and providing structured deal updates to leadership. Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS, infrastructure, developer tooling, compliance tech, or related markets; demonstrated success closing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals; strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment; experience navigating procurement, security review, and legal negotiations; working knowledge of privacy, compliance, trust and safety, or regulated digital markets; ability to operate independently in a high-growth startup environment; and strong executive presence and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience selling to gaming companies, digital platforms, marketplaces, or technology companies serving youth audiences; familiarity with API-driven products and technical integration processes; understanding of local privacy legislation, youth privacy laws, age verification technologies, or platform governance trends; and existing network within the Greater China digital platform or gaming ecosystems.
