As Enterprise Sales Manager for Greater China, you will lead revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers among gaming companies, digital platforms, marketplaces, and technology organizations facing regulatory pressure around youth safety and age assurance. You own the full enterprise sales cycle from territory planning and prospecting through stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and contract execution. Customer Success manages expansion and renewals post-close.
Key responsibilities include identifying and closing new enterprise customers through targeted outreach and account-based selling; engaging senior stakeholders across product, legal, compliance, trust and safety, and security teams; leading complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles; delivering executive-level presentations on privacy-preserving age verification and regulatory readiness; and consistently achieving quarterly and annual new logo revenue targets. You will navigate procurement, legal review, security assessments, and data protection diligence processes.
You will also track regulatory developments including local privacy legislation, youth online safety mandates, and app store policy shifts, providing structured market feedback to product and leadership teams. Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, manage pipeline forecasting, and provide deal updates to leadership.
Minimum qualifications: 5+ years enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS, infrastructure, developer tooling, compliance tech, or related markets; demonstrated success closing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals; strong pipeline management and quota attainment track record; experience navigating procurement, security review, and legal negotiations; working knowledge of privacy, compliance, trust and safety, or regulated digital markets; ability to operate independently in high-growth startup environments; strong executive presence and communication skills.
Preferred: experience selling to gaming companies, digital platforms, or marketplaces; familiarity with API-driven products and technical integration; understanding of local privacy legislation, youth privacy laws, or age verification technologies; existing network within Greater China digital platform or gaming ecosystems.
