Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions spanning frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. The company partners with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems. As a US Enterprise Sales Manager based in San Francisco or New York City, you will lead and grow a regional Enterprise Sales Team focused on acquiring and expanding high-value new logos and customers. You will report to the RVP of US Enterprise and play a key role in accelerating Mistral's growth in the US market. Key responsibilities include: **Recruiting & Team Development** - Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performance Enterprise Account Executives to support regional growth - Maintain a strong candidate network to accelerate hiring - Coach, inspire, and manage team performance to drive individual and team-level results - Conduct regular performance reviews, career planning sessions, and pipeline reviews - Drive accountability to key performance metrics **Revenue Execution** - Own the revenue target for your regional team, ensuring consistent growth in new logo acquisition and customer expansion - Translate North America sales strategy into actionable sales activities for your team and region - Provide accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis to senior leadership - Refine sales plays tailored to regional context and share learnings with leadership - Support Account Executives in deals by building executive relationships within key Enterprise accounts **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams internally - Work with cloud partners, systems integrators, and other ecosystem partners externally - Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate market feedback and influence product roadmap - Work with Global Sales Leadership to share market feedback and ensure execution against global and regional strategies **Requirements** - 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with 2+ years in sales management or team leadership roles - Track record of success building and managing high-performing sales teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets - Proven experience selling to large enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes - Strong understanding of the US AI market, including common use cases, key industries, competitive landscape, and latest developments - Deep fluency in value selling best practices (Command of the Message or similar value-based methodology) - Experience in a highly technical sales environment - Expertise with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business analysis - Clear leadership philosophy with experience motivating teams, managing performance, and establishing operating rhythm
