n8n is seeking an Enterprise Sales Leader to build and scale a world-class sales organization across the West Coast. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals in one of n8n's most strategically important regions.
You will own the West Coast enterprise territory strategy, balancing new logo pursuits with expansion opportunities where community signals are strong. You'll drive deal strategy and execution across complex enterprise sales cycles, from discovery through close, with rigorous pipeline inspection and forecast reviews. A key focus is elevating sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical and business wins.
You'll build a strategic, multi-threaded selling motion by establishing a culture that shifts teams from "running opportunities" to value-led enterprise execution. This includes orchestrating executive engagement across West Coast accounts, aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to maintain momentum and unblock deals. You'll run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy.
Leadership responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and scaling the West Coast Enterprise team with hands-on coaching that improves performance and career growth. You'll establish operating rhythms that create leverage as the team grows. Cross-functional collaboration with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product is essential to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in frontline sales management leading individual contributors through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals; deep practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC with a track record of coaching team adoption; fluency in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals; strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently; proven coaching and talent development skills; expertise in multi-stakeholder navigation and technical-buyer credibility; West Coast or Texas location with willingness to be on-site with customers, especially in the Bay Area.
Nice-to-haves include open-source or PLG experience, background in Developer/Infrastructure SaaS (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure), scrappy startup mindset, and strong operational excellence instincts for forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
