This is a leadership role managing a team of 4-6 Enterprise Sales Leaders and 20+ Account Executives focused exclusively on the Manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for formulating and executing tailored go-to-market strategies targeting key decision-makers across CX, Brand, Operations, and HR domains. Your core responsibilities include leading aggressive ARR growth across top-tier Manufacturing accounts, originating and closing complex multi-year, seven-figure enterprise deals, and cultivating a high-performing sales culture rooted in value-based selling and strategic account mapping. Key activities include coaching and guiding your sales team on complex solution-oriented sales cycles, executive pitch development, and pipeline generation. You'll act as an executive sponsor on major strategic opportunities, maintaining C-level relationships at target accounts. You'll drive rigorous pipeline management and deal-closing strategies to ensure consistent quarterly revenue execution and market penetration. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Product Management, and Marketing to tailor GTM plays for Manufacturing-specific nuances. The role offers high-visibility exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to shape the growth strategy for a critical vertical within Qualtrics' enterprise portfolio. Required qualifications include 10-15+ years of enterprise SaaS sales and commercial leadership experience with direct focus or leadership in Manufacturing sectors. You must have a proven track record leading second-line sales teams to exceed multi-million dollar new-business quotas and closing high-ticket, seven-figure software transactions with complex enterprise buyers. A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field is required, along with exceptional communication and executive presentation capabilities.
