Sierra is building an AI agent platform that enables companies to deliver better, more human customer experiences. The company partners with industry leaders including SoftBank, Uber, Rivian, CLEAR, and Sutter Health. Founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs, AR/VR, and Google Workspace), Sierra is headquartered in San Francisco with offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will lead the Enterprise Sales organization for Sierra's Consumer Business Services vertical, which spans industries including CPG, commercial real estate, automotive & mobility, transportation & logistics, industrial manufacturing, facilities management, energy, and utilities. This vertical focuses on bringing AI agents to the businesses that power everyday life—from order tracking and account management to field service scheduling and billing support. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team: hire, onboard, and coach Account Executives on deal strategy, pipeline management, and execution. Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration while identifying and developing future leaders. - Own regional sales performance: manage your regional number and forecast accuracy, inspect pipeline quality, unblock stalled deals, drive consistent execution of the sales process, and partner with RevOps on data quality and insights. - Be deeply involved in complex deals: participate in key customer and prospect conversations, help reps navigate complex buying committees and late-stage negotiations, and support pricing and close strategy. You bring 10-15+ years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience with a track record of identifying and closing large accounts. You have 5+ years managing and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams and have run end-to-end complex deals valued at $1M+. You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an analytical mindset for identifying market opportunities and making data-driven decisions. Bonus qualifications include familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging trends, fluency with AI tooling and workflows, and experience building GTM strategies and scaling sales teams from early stage.
