Clara is a fast-growing fintech company in Latin America providing financial infrastructure for enterprises. They offer corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a B2B platform serving over 20,000 large and growing businesses. You will lead high-impact commercial conversations with Enterprise companies in Brazil, owning the full sales cycle from initial strategic conversations through contract signature. Your primary focus will be driving new business with large organizations, building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline with rigorous forecasting in HubSpot.
You will lead strategic conversations primarily with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior finance leaders, translating complex financial structures into clear value propositions and positioning Clara as a strategic partner. You'll coordinate cross-functionally with Risk, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for large-scale enterprises.
You will manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with discipline, navigating the complexities of corporate buying processes in Brazil including procurement layers, legal reviews, and compliance requirements.
Required: 10+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience with complex deals; proven background in banking, fintech, or B2B tech; executive presence and experience selling to C-level executives; based in São Paulo with availability for office 2x per week; working proficiency in Portuguese and English; excellent communication skills; proven execution with ability to operate with ambiguity; concrete examples of using AI to automate workflows.
Preferred: Experience selling financial products (credit, payments, treasury, corporate cards) in Brazil; familiarity with HubSpot or Amplemarket; analytical skills with spreadsheets, Metabase, or SQL; familiarity with Brazilian regulated environments and Banco Central do Brasil guidelines.
