Checkout.com is a global fintech platform powering over 10 billion transactions yearly for major brands like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony. The company operates 20 offices across six continents with London as headquarters, and is rapidly expanding its US Go-To-Market operations.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will own end-to-end new logo sales cycles within a territory of Enterprise accounts. This is a high-growth, high-reward role where you'll operate your territory as an owned business with significant autonomy and competitive commissions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic prospecting and account planning to identify and target high-probability new logo opportunities using deep intelligence, networks, and disciplined execution
- Consultative customer engagement to build long-term, trust-based relationships, understanding challenges and proposing tailored solutions using proven sales methodology
- Deal orchestration and leadership, coordinating internal resources, building quantitative business cases, delivering impactful presentations, and solving problems to drive opportunities forward
- Negotiation and closing of complex deals, handling objections creatively and steering transactions to successful closure
- Independent tracking and analysis of sales performance, continuous learning of industry trends, and leveraging feedback for continuous improvement
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and self-driven, with analytical and data-driven thinking. You should demonstrate high intellectual curiosity, rapidly learn and apply complex strategic insights to account planning, and be comfortable leveraging new technologies like AI for accelerated performance. Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement, are essential. You must be highly organized, able to prioritize shifting workloads, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Background can include tech sales, banking, consulting, or other results-driven fields. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office to support collaboration and connection.
