UiPath is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to build the company's presence with regional and community banks and credit unions across the northeast. This role focuses on selling UiPath's automation and AI platform to mid-sized financial institutions, helping them streamline operations, improve accuracy, reduce risk, enhance compliance, and free employees to focus on customer relationships.
You will work directly with C-suite executives, Digital Transformation teams, AI Centers of Excellence, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams. Your responsibilities include assessing territory potential and developing sales strategies to maximize revenue, achieving quarterly sales targets, and evangelizing UiPath solutions through value-selling approaches tailored to the resource constraints of community-oriented institutions.
Key activities involve educating customers on how UiPath improves efficiency and reduces operational costs without requiring large technology budgets, establishing trusted relationships with executive leadership and boards, developing partnerships with local and regional partners and systems integrators, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer success. You will also monitor industry competitors, regulatory trends, and market conditions affecting regional banks and credit unions.
Required qualifications include 7+ years of solution/value selling experience and 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to regional, community banks, or credit unions. You must demonstrate expertise communicating AI capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives and Digital Transformation teams. Familiarity with regional banking priorities such as regulatory compliance (FDIC, OCC, NCUA), fraud prevention, KYC/AML/BSA, core banking system integration, and loan origination is essential.
Additional requirements: proven year-over-year quota attainment, consistent success selling new business and logos, ability to navigate complex client organizations, research and data-driven account planning, and approximately 50% travel. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
