UiPath is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to lead sales efforts across the Canadian public sector, including Federal, Provincial, and Municipal government agencies, universities, and Crown corporations (excluding health authorities and utilities). You will inherit a large existing account base while pursuing significant greenfield opportunities to expand UiPath's presence in automation solutions.
Your core responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for your territory, assessing market potential, and achieving quarterly sales targets. You will evangelize UiPath's agentic automation platform to C-suite leaders and digital transformation teams, positioning it as the trusted solution for end-to-end automation that helps public sector organizations eliminate repetitive work and improve outcomes.
Key activities involve establishing and maintaining strong business relationships across government institutions, developing trusted partnerships with local partners and global systems integrators, and balancing new logo acquisition with account growth and renewal. You will educate customers on financial and operational benefits, collaborate with the Customer Engineering group to ensure successful implementations, and monitor competitive landscape and market conditions.
You'll work cross-functionally with other sales executives and internal teams to share knowledge and best practices, while providing valuable insights into improving customer business operations. The role requires navigating complex organizational structures, identifying key stakeholders across multiple departments and leadership levels, and conducting research-driven account planning.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of solution/value selling experience and 3+ years selling to government, public sector, or higher education customers. You must demonstrate consistent quota attainment, proven success with new business development and account growth, and the ability to communicate complex automation concepts clearly. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, research-driven approach to planning, and an automation-first mindset.
