As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, leading them through the sales process by connecting their needs to Sardine's value proposition. You will deliver customized product demonstrations, complete RFPs, and win over prospective customers' technical teams through thought leadership and consultative problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Account Executives in identifying prospects' fraud and compliance needs
- Preparing and delivering customized demos showcasing platform impact
- Interfacing with Security teams to articulate security posture and complete security reviews
- Creating comprehensive Solution Designs addressing prospect needs
- Collaborating with peers to improve Sales Engineering processes
- Working with product and engineering teams to identify product improvements and help prioritize solutions
You will bring 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role, with prior experience in Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domains. You must have strong technical foundations including API knowledge, JSON understanding, and proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java. Strong analytical skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced remote environments, and excellent communication abilities—translating complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences—are essential.
