Salary: USD 170,850 - 239,900 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director for the New York region to lead a team of Sales Executives and drive rapid new business growth. This is a people-management role with significant strategic and operational responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of direct Sales Executives, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members to drive excellence and foster a culture of collaboration and overachievement
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy in conjunction with Sales Operations, including competitive landscape analysis and Go-To-Market planning
- Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development; support Field Sales Teams in closing deals
- Establish territories and quotas for the sales team with clear performance expectations
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines to leadership
- Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and annual basis
- Engage at C-level customer meetings to understand business requirements and build long-term strategic relationships
- Collaborate effectively with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partner community, and ServiceNow executive leadership
- Retain and grow existing customer base through regular non-sales engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Extensive track record of new business sales success, including strong presentation and negotiation skills at C-level
- Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas
- Ownership of accurate CRM reporting, including quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection
- Experience driving sales processes and building effective relationships with Sales Operations
- Understanding of IT business drivers and the broader business landscape
- Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- Proven ability to develop partner relationships and grow revenue through partner ecosystems
- Ownership of pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or partner community
