Alex is an AI-powered recruiting platform that automates candidate interviewing, screening, and scheduling for enterprise talent teams. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for building pipeline and driving revenue growth in the enterprise segment.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Enterprise Pipeline Generation: Prospect into named enterprise accounts across multiple channels—phone, email, video, social, and events. Research accounts deeply, map buying committees, and initiate conversations with senior stakeholders (VPs of Talent Acquisition, CHROs, CFOs) using messaging tailored to their hiring volume, cost per hire, and procurement processes.
Multi-Threaded Outbound Strategy: Own the enterprise outbound motion end-to-end, including account selection, segmentation, and personalized multi-channel sequences. Work closely with Account Executives on account plans, coordinate across buying committees, and provide hands-on support during pilots and evaluations.
Inbound Qualification: Qualify inbound leads from marketing by assessing fit, hiring volume, urgency, existing ATS stack, and buying process maturity. Route high-intent opportunities to Account Executives and disqualify poor fits quickly.
Enterprise Domain Expertise: Develop fluency in talent acquisition operating models, ATS ecosystems, and compliance landscapes (EU AI Act, NYC LL144, SOC 2, bias audits). You'll need to credibly explain how Alex works while positioning human decision-making as central.
Performance & Metrics: Consistently hit pipeline-generation targets, maintain clean Salesforce records, and optimize targeting and messaging based on market feedback. You'll track your own metrics and participate in pipeline reviews.
Tools & Systems: Manage prospecting and follow-up workflows in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Nooks, and similar platforms.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build Alex's enterprise sales playbook. You'll work directly with Account Executives, Product, and leadership to refine enterprise messaging and strategy. The role is based in San Francisco and reports to the SDR Manager. The company offers competitive compensation (base $85K–$115K plus commission and equity), healthcare, 401(k), unlimited PTO, and a collaborative in-office environment.
