Gong is seeking an Enterprise Revenue Architect to serve as a strategic partner to its largest customers, driving revenue transformation through Gong's AI Operating System. This role combines deep expertise in revenue operations with change management to help enterprise customers operationalize Gong and achieve measurable business results.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing revenue transformation strategies with senior GTM leaders, mapping current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows, executing adoption initiatives that drive behavior change, and quantifying measurable business outcomes to demonstrate ROI. You will own renewal strategy and execution while partnering with cross-functional internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Success is measured by activation and adoption metrics, key persona engagement, customer value realization, and revenue impact including retention and expansion. The role requires balancing strategic partnership with operational execution, working across multiple stakeholder levels from frontline teams to C-suite executives.
You will need 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders, a proven track record owning relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, and expertise in value and ROI conversations. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with a data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a growth mindset and collaborative approach to winning as a team.
