ApplyBoard is seeking an Enterprise Recruitment Representative based in Lagos to drive enrollment growth and partner satisfaction for educational institutions on its platform. This role bridges ApplyBoard's internal teams and institutional partners, executing recruitment strategies and conversion initiatives.
Key responsibilities include executing recruitment strategies to help partners meet enrollment goals; serving as a brand ambassador promoting ApplyBoard's platform and services; leading business development initiatives to increase partner sign-ups through cold outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn; participating in education fairs and delivering presentations to agents and prospective students; conducting 5–8 recruitment partner visits daily to train partners on processes, schools, and admission requirements; promoting adoption of premium services; acting as a liaison for institutional stakeholders; collaborating cross-functionally to address partner needs and operational challenges; maintaining accurate CRM records; building relationships with international recruitment and admissions teams; and planning/delivering regional webinars and seminars.
Required qualifications: 2+ years in account management, sales, or recruitment (education sector preferred); Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred; strong understanding of enrollment processes and institutional differentiation; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools; ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities; strong problem-solving and attention to detail; willingness to travel 15–20 working days per month.
