ElevenLabs is building the RFP Engine—a new strategic function to own enterprise procurement processes globally. As the founding leader of this function, you'll define how ElevenLabs approaches major enterprise pursuits, with meaningful ownership over which opportunities to pursue, leading strategy behind critical responses, and building an AI-first engine that systematizes and automates the proposal process.
You'll lead a small global team from day one, scaling over time. Your responsibilities include shaping where ElevenLabs competes, how the company differentiates in complex deals, and coordinating sales, product, security, legal, and executive stakeholders around winning strategies. You'll own the processes, tooling, and intelligence that make the entire organization better at winning enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate comes from either a technical pre-sales/solutions engineering background with deep RFP experience, or senior enterprise proposals/bid leadership with genuine technical fluency. You understand how complex deals are won—equally comfortable with technical requirements, commercial narratives, stakeholder coordination, and finalist presentations. You have a builder's instinct: when you see repeated work, you systematize or automate it. You're fluent with AI in your own work, have shipped internal tooling or workflows, and treat manual effort as a design flaw.
You're an exceptional communicator credible with enterprise customers and evaluators, persuasive on the page, and able to mobilize cross-functional teams against hard deadlines. You have strong commercial judgment—reading deal evaluation dynamics, shaping win strategy with sales, and saying no to weak pursuits with clear rationale. You're ambitious to build and lead a global function, not just run a process.
