MoonPay is a high-growth fintech company building infrastructure for value movement—crypto, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and digital payments. The company serves 30M+ customers and 500+ ecosystem partners across payments, tokenization, trading, and spending. Licensed in the U.S. and regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
As Enterprise Marketing Director, you will build MoonPay's enterprise marketing function from the ground up. You'll define how the company positions itself and goes to market with strategic enterprise customers—banks, fintechs, payment providers, wallets, exchanges, marketplaces, merchants, global employers, and digital-asset businesses. These customers have complex operational requirements, multiple stakeholders, longer decision cycles, and significant needs around integration, compliance, reliability, and scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with execution. You will create a cohesive enterprise narrative across MoonPay's broader portfolio while developing differentiated positioning for specific products, use cases, industries, and customer segments. You'll operate as the marketing lead in the Product–Sales–Marketing partnership, translating customer insights and commercial priorities into coordinated market execution.
Key responsibilities include: building the enterprise marketing strategy and go-to-market roadmap; defining positioning and messaging for payments, stablecoins, crypto, and digital-asset infrastructure; developing go-to-market strategies for priority audiences; leading product launches and market entries; creating tailored narratives and materials for priority accounts; building integrated campaigns across content, digital, social, events, and account-based marketing; managing enterprise content strategy on LinkedIn and X; developing thought leadership platforms with executives; coordinating with Legal and Compliance on regulated financial messaging; and owning marketing's contribution to enterprise pipeline, revenue, and account expansion.
You'll work closely with MoonPay's in-house Creative team, Sales, Product, Communications, and Legal. On any given day, you might define product narratives, write social content, brief the Creative team on campaigns, build materials for strategic prospects, shape customer GTM launches, or analyze program performance.
This role requires a versatile marketer—part Product Marketing, part Content Marketing, part Social Media Marketing, part Demand Gen—who is equally creative and data-driven, comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and energized by building something from the ground up.
