Mercor is an AI data company on a mission to organize human intelligence to power the AI economy. The company operates a platform where millions of domain experts train frontier AI models, and has built the APEX benchmark family to measure AI's real-world impact on professional work. Mercor Enterprise extends this infrastructure to Fortune 500 companies, helping them capture how their best people work and translate that expertise into AI agents. The company is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion, requiring in-person work five days per week.
This is the second hire on the Enterprise Marketing team, responsible for reaching Fortune 100 companies and private equity firms who deploy, evaluate, and scale AI agents in production. The role owns execution across a flagship executive summit, recurring dinner franchise, conference activations across the US, and paid media and content operations.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end execution of the enterprise event program, managing target invite lists from priority account and pipeline data, coordinating venues and vendors, and tracking attendance against target accounts. You'll own the integrity of marketing attribution data, including channel source, campaign tagging, and lead routing across CRM and deal tracker systems. You'll build and maintain weekly enterprise marketing reporting covering marketing-sourced pipeline, event outcomes, web conversion, and content engagement. Additional duties include managing inbound lead flow and enrichment, coordinating with creative agencies on campaign production, managing the enterprise content calendar, and maintaining the collateral library.
The role starts heavily weighted toward program execution and demand operations but is designed to grow into ownership of account-based demand motion against highest-priority enterprise targets within six to twelve months. This includes target account research, path mapping, and campaign design against named accounts.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in marketing, growth, demand generation, events, or related go-to-market functions. Consulting, sales operations, or revenue operations backgrounds with relevant exposure are also strong fits. You should have strong project management instincts, comfort working with data in spreadsheets and CRM tooling, and the ability to spot when numbers are wrong and build actionable reports. Clear written communication is essential, as you'll write invitations to senior executives, updates for company leadership, and briefs for external agencies. High agency in ambiguity is critical—there is no established playbook, and the right person treats that as the appealing part. Interest in enterprise AI and willingness to learn the technical substance well enough to be credible with the material is required.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience running executive-level or field marketing events, familiarity with CRM and marketing tooling (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), experience marketing technical products to enterprise buyers, and exposure to private equity, financial services, or enterprise software as a customer set.
This role is explicitly not a delivery or engagement management role, nor is it a pure brand or content role. A significant share of work in the first six months is operational: lists, logistics, data hygiene, and vendor coordination.
