Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Integrated Campaign Manager to design, orchestrate, scale, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that support enterprise business priorities and drive demand, adoption, and expansion across strategic customer segments.
You will build campaign frameworks and cross-channel motions that connect content, physical events, digital programs, and account-based efforts into cohesive buyer journeys. This role requires sophisticated understanding of B2B marketing with demonstrated success in integrated campaign strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and lead integrated campaigns across customer segments, establishing scalable frameworks that connect digital, events, content, and ABM channels into cohesive buyer journeys
- Drive full-funnel campaign initiatives across core enterprise priorities, industries, and segments, adapting strategies for diverse buying committees
- Create and implement campaign programs including thought leadership moments, digital nurture streams, webinar series, executive engagement programs, and ABM activations
- Partner closely with Field Marketing to align campaign programs with territory and account-specific goals that achieve pipeline, adoption, and expansion targets
- Optimize programs to measurement frameworks including lead scoring, attribution models, and ROI reporting to demonstrate campaign impact on demand and revenue
- Collaborate with global Marketing teams to ensure enterprise campaigns align with company-wide strategy while meeting segment- and industry-specific needs
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Solutions Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all campaign touchpoints
- Manage campaign resources including agency partners, vendors, and internal creative and content teams
- Build and manage campaign budgets with strong financial discipline and ROI focus
- Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven optimization
Minimum qualifications include deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and buying processes with required experience in software companies. You should have a track record of successfully building and scaling integrated campaign programs spanning digital, events, content, and ABM channels. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to campaign optimization are essential. Demonstrated success contributing to significant demand, adoption, and revenue goals through integrated marketing initiatives is required. You must be a proven self-starter who can build and run sophisticated programs with small teams in fast-paced startup environments, with strong project management skills managing complex multi-channel campaigns simultaneously. Substantial budgeting and financial management experience is required, along with excellence in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders. Comfort with ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments is essential.
Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience with blended expertise in integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, and demand generation.
