Salary: USD 111,562.5 - 168,750 / annual
Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations dependent on physical operations to harness IoT data for actionable insights. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager II, you will serve as a strategic partner to Samsara's largest Fleet customers, picking up where the Services team leaves off. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to drive customer success and business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure customers maximize safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the Samsara IoT platform
- Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
- Orchestrate executive business reviews with customers' decision-makers and Samsara leadership
- Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend workflow optimizations
- Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to diverse business types (field services, utilities, long-haul transportation, school buses, etc.)
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Finance) to drive progress on customer requests
- Mentor wider Customer Success teams
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of work experience, with most recent experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record building trust, communicating effectively, and driving change with diverse stakeholders (executives, Product/Engineering leadership, end users)
- Passion for initiative and thriving in fast-paced, change-heavy environments
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
- Customer travel expected up to 25-40%
